1. Zero Telemetry & No Data Collection

NPad was built with privacy as a foundational feature. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. Everything you type, paste, or open in NPad stays entirely on your local Mac.

2. File Access & macOS Sandbox

NPad operates strictly within the macOS App Sandbox environment. It only has access to the specific files and folders that you explicitly choose to open (via the native file picker or drag-and-drop). We do not have background access to your file system, and none of your file contents are ever sent to the internet.

3. Offline Operation & Third-Party Services

NPad operates 100% offline. The application does not integrate with any third-party tracking, advertising, crash reporting, or analytics SDKs.

4. Changes to This Policy

Because we collect absolutely nothing, it is highly unlikely this policy will change. However, if any minor updates are made to comply with Apple's App Store guidelines, they will be reflected on this page.
